Em Santo André, parceria com município viabiliza 17 km de asfalto novo, drenagem e iluminação; em São Bernardo do Campo, Estado investe em polo de lazer e capacitação
O governador Tarcísio de Freitas esteve no ABC paulista nesta sexta-feira (19) para entregar obras viárias e fazer a inspeção técnica de um novo polo de lazer e cultura para a região. Em São Bernardo do Campo, Tarcísio visitou as obras do Parque da Cidadania, e, em Santo André, o governador entregou serviços de modernização e asfalto novo da avenida dos Estados, uma das principais vias de ligação à capital e outras cidades da Grande São Paulo.
“A avenida dos Estados é muito importante porque é a ligação de Mauá, Santo André, São Caetano do Sul e São Paulo. Nós temos parcerias estabelecidas e é muito importante trabalhar com os prefeitos, todos os gestores locais podem esperar um Governo do Estado municipalista e que vai atuar junto aos municípios, um governo que está de portas abertas para atender demandas que, no fim das contas, são pedidos do cidadão”, declarou Tarcísio.
Durante as agendas no ABC, o governador e o secretário-chefe da Casa Civil, Arthur Lima, foram recebidos pelos prefeitos Orlando Morando (São Bernardo do Campo) e Paulo Serra (Santo André), além de parlamentares e outras autoridades regionais e municipais.
A modernização da avenida dos Estados recebeu investimento de R$ 78 milhões, em parceria entre o Governo de São Paulo e a Prefeitura de Santo André. Do total investido, R$ 43,3 milhões foram custeados pelo com recursos municipais, e a gestão estadual aplicou outros R$ 34,5 milhões em convênios propostos pela prefeitura.
O trecho de dois sentidos e 17 km de extensão foi totalmente recapeado e também recebeu novo sistema de iluminação com 510 luminárias LED, que substituíram antigos modelos de vapor de sódio. A segurança viária na avenida dos Estados é um dos principais objetivos do projeto, já que cerca de 30 mil veículos circulam diariamente pelo local.
Houve também a instalação de 495 novos postes e 13 km de blocos de concreto ao longo da avenida, às margens do rio Tamanduateí. O pacote de intervenções também incluiu a limpeza de 609 bocas de lobo, reforma de travessias, sarjetas e guias, instalação de trechos de contenção e estabilização das margens do rio e substituição de tubulações.
Parque da Cidadania
Mais cedo, em São Bernardo do Campo, o governador acompanhou as obras do Parque da Cidadania, programa estadual de criação de novos polos de lazer, esportes, cultura e qualificação profissional nas periferias de grandes centros urbanos. A unidade de São Bernardo está sendo instalada sob investimentos de R$ 20 milhões.
A praça ocupa uma área total de 40 mil m² no Jardim Calux, na região do Planalto. O local conta com dois campos de futebol em grama sintética, três vestiários, duas piscinas aquecida para adultos e crianças, quadras de futebol society e poliesportiva, pista de skate, academia ao ar livre, pista de caminhada, área de jogos, pergolados, arena ao ar livre e um parque infantil.
Outra novidade é a escola de qualificação profissional do Fundo Social de São Paulo, que oferecerá capacitação em áreas como gastronomia, beleza e bem-estar, esterilização, moda e arte, informática, além de serviços do Banco do Povo e uma horta comunitária.
