Empresa prevê manter os investimentos em melhoria da infraestrutura urbana, que somente em Campinas somaram mais de R$38 milhões em 2022
A construção civil é um dos setores de destaque e grande impulsionador da economia brasileira. De acordo com estudos da Câmara Brasileira da Indústria da Construção (CBIC), em 2022, o setor teve um crescimento significativo, chegando a aproximadamente 6%. Já para este ano, a expectativa continua positiva, com previsão de uma expansão de 2,5% no segmento.
Diante desse cenário, um dos principais players deste mercado, a MRV, empresa do grupo MRV&CO, já prevê o lançamento de 14 novos empreendimentos, seis somente em Campinas, além de Sorocaba, Jundiaí, Limeira, Piracicaba, que juntos somarão aproximadamente quatro mil unidades habitacionais, além de manter os investimentos em obras de infraestrutura urbana, com o objetivo de impactar positivamente a qualidade de vida da população vizinha aos seus empreendimentos.
Para Luís Felipe Bandeira, diretor Comercial da companhia, a expectativa para este ano é investir 30% a mais em lançamentos, se comparado aos anos anteriores. “Em 2023, a MRV, mantém o seu propósito de ‘construir sonhos que transformam o mundo’, por isso destina parte dos seus investimentos na transformação das vizinhanças das suas obras, com as melhorias na infraestrutura urbana das cidades”, afirma.
No ano passado, a MRV investiu mais de R$235 milhões em obras que beneficiaram toda a população dos bairros onde estão localizados seus condomínios, em busca de garantir acessibilidade, mobilidade, segurança, lazer, saúde, educação, entre outras questões prioritárias ao desenvolvimento das comunidades. Deste total, R$ 38 milhões foram destinados para Campinas, voltados principalmente e para infraestrutura viária, obras de drenagem e construção e revitalização de praças e parques, refletindo numa melhor mobilidade urbana e maior área verde e paisagística.
“Nesses 26 anos de atuação na regional, somente em Campinas, a companhia lançou mais de 15 mil unidades e já investiu em diversas melhorias que transformaram bairros e contribuíram para oferecer mais qualidade de vida para a população. Em 2023 continuaremos com essa proposta nos locais onde estamos presentes”, finaliza Bandeira.
