Ação contempla moradores de 25 conjuntos habitacionais que agora passam a ter legalmente a propriedade definitiva da casa em que residem há anos
O governador Tarcísio de Freitas entregou neste domingo (21) 11.073 títulos de regularização fundiária para moradores de 25 conjuntos habitacionais distribuídos em várias regiões de São Paulo. As ações fazem parte do Programa de Regularização Fundiária de Interesse Habitacional da Companhia de Desenvolvimento Habitacional e Urbano e contou com R$ 2 milhões em investimento. Mais de 44 mil pessoas foram beneficiadas e passaram a ser legalmente proprietárias dos imóveis que residem.
“Estamos felizes por estar entregando estes títulos habitacionais, pois eles representam o sonho da casa própria e traz segurança jurídica para mais de 11 mil famílias. É uma ação que estamos fazendo em todo o estado e vamos continuar investindo cada vez mais em políticas de habitação para a população”, destacou o governador Tarcísio de Freitas.
A entrega aconteceu na Neo Química Arena (Arena Corinthians) em Itaquera e contou, além do governador, com a presença do prefeito Ricardo Nunes e dos secretários de Estado de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Habitação, Marcelo Branco, de Políticas para a Mulher, Sonaira Fernandes, e de outras autoridades estaduais e do município.
A regularização fundiária é um compromisso da atual gestão paulista que desde o início do ano intensifica os trabalhos para garantir o benefício da posse definitiva dos imóveis construídos pela CDHU a um maior número de famílias.
A maioria dos moradores aguarda há anos pela matrícula do imóvel, documento que formaliza a propriedade das casas em que residem. Entre as famílias que foram beneficiadas estão os moradores do conjunto habitacional Brasilândia B, na Vila Brasilândia, na zona Norte da capital, em que mais de 3,5 mil unidades foram regularizadas.
Os demais conjuntos habitacionais regularizados foram: Belém, Campo Limpo I1, I2 e I3, Campo Limpo G, Cidade Tiradentes H, Cidade Tiradentes K, Guaianazes A3/A4, Itaquera A (Lote), Guaianazes I, Guaianazes B Gleba 4, Mooca A, Pari D, F, G, Raposo Tavares D, Santa Cecília A e C, São Miguel Paulista F e H, Vila Curuçá G, Campo Limpo C (Jd. São Luiz Ii), Santo Amaro B (Jd. Martinez) e São Miguel Paulista A.
O trabalho de regularização de conjuntos habitacionais exige o cumprimento de algumas etapas de trabalho, como o diagnóstico da situação do imóvel, formulação de estratégia para a regularização, análise técnica, além de ações junto aos órgãos competentes do município e do Estado.
O objetivo do Governo de SP é eliminar o passivo de imóveis que necessitam de regularização, e que foram entregues pela CDHU nos anos anteriores. Desde o início da atual gestão, todos os empreendimentos da CDHU já estão sendo entregues averbados, ou seja, com a unidade habitacional regularizada e a posse definitiva entregue ao morador.
A regularização do imóvel traz segurança jurídica, além de garantir às famílias de baixa renda beneficiadas a oportunidade de acesso ao mercado formal de crédito e até a possibilidade de comercializar ou transferir a casa para herdeiros.
