O trecho entre aspas faz parte do documento em que a decisão está fundamentada.
O último pedido de restituição foi expedido em março deste ano, o qual seria cumprido em três dias, 19 de julho.

A restituição do terreno da BSC Empreendimentos Imobiliários Eireli, onde hoje vivem cerca de 200 famílias, agendada para próxima quinta, dia 19, foi postergada pelo juiz Dr. Cássio Henrique Dolce Faria na última semana, dia 12.
O processo está em trâmite desde 2014, porém, desde então, nenhuma solução concreta foi realmente determinada pela Justiça ou acordada entre os envolvidos. No início deste mês, ocupantes e coordenadores do MTST fizeram uma caminhada até o centro da cidade na tentativa de coibir a reintegração. Durante concentração falaram com o administrador da área, momento em que nasceu nova oportunidade de acordo, de qualquer forma, a desocupação aconteceria.
A decisão do juiz Dr. Cássio, que prorrogou a reintegração para o mês de novembro, deu-se através dos agravos de instrumento impetrados neste mês pelo advogado que, hoje, defende à causa dos moradores.
Agora, as famílias têm pouco mais de quatro meses para encontrar uma solução, seja através da Justiça, da prefeitura de Itu, que se mostra indiferente até o momento, ou da BSC Empreendimentos Imobiliários Eireli.
