Até Outubro Bairro Liberdade Terá Rede Elétrica Totalmente Estabelecida

Há dois meses, a CPFL Piratininga iniciou a instalação da rede elétrica no Pedra da Paz, no bairro Liberdade, em Itu. O local já foi cenário de diversos conflitos judiciais, ações da Polícia Militar e manifestações dos moradores.

Segundo a concessionária, as análises para a instalação da rede iniciaram em fevereiro, após a definição do arruamento por parte da Prefeitura. Em maio, o levantamento da rede necessária para atender o local foi feito. Com todos os dados em mãos, a CPFL Piratininga deu início às obras estruturais em julho, finalizando em agosto.

A regularização das residências (do Programa de Eficiência Energética da Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica – ANEEL) para o recebimento e medição da energia está em processo e a previsão de término é em outubro. Para isso, uma terceirizada contratada pela CPFL Piratininga esteve nas residências colhendo dados dos moradores para a devida aquisição dos materiais.

Em resposta ao Imprensa Aberta, a distribuidora disse: ‘A obra deve ser finalizada em outubro de 2020, com a regularização de cerca de 630 residências, contando com um investimento aproximado de R$ 1,25 milhão do Programa de Eficiência Energética para as regularizações, além do investimento de R$ 496,1 mil para a construção da rede de distribuição, a instalação de 88 postes e 2,771 quilômetros de rede.

O fornecimento de energia para região surgiu de uma cooperação entre os moradores, a Prefeitura e a CPFL Piratininga: ‘A companhia, ao mapear a existência de rede irregular no local, entrou em contato com o órgão público que prontamente autorizou as regularizações dos (do) bairros (bairro). Após esta liberação, a distribuidora entrou em contato com os moradores que, imediatamente, manifestaram o interesse na regularização’.

Moradores Se Sentem Mais Seguros

Desde a desapropriação do terreno de 65 mil m² (Pedra da Paz), as famílias se sentem mais seguras, afinal não correm o risco de serem retiradas. O decreto nº 3.111/18 (registrado no livro Imprensa Oficial de Itu), assinado pelo prefeito Guilherme Gazzola no dia 12 de novembro de 2018, garante a permanência das cerca de 570 pessoas (à época) no local.

Uma moradora, há 7 (sete) anos no bairro, disse à reportagem que antes da desapropriação as pessoas viviam com medo da possibilidade de reintegração de posse. Agora “as pessoas se estabilizaram, se tranquilizaram, afinal o risco de serem expulsos terminou”.

Hoje, a área do Pedra da Paz, chamado de Residencial Monte Sião pelos moradores, conta com o apoio da Prefeitura. Segundo a coordenadora da Associação Amigos dos Moradores do Bairro, Jailma Borges, desde o início da pandemia a secretaria de Saúde tem distribuído máscaras, álcool gel e agentes de saúde têm estado mais ativos, inclusive, duas profissionais residem no bairro. Até o momento foram confirmados somente dois (2) casos de COVID-19.

Devido à quarentena e o não funcionamento das escolas, a Prefeitura tem entregado materiais e tarefas dos (as) alunos (as) que não têm acesso à internet.

O bairro ainda não tem uma estrutura de saneamento básico, colocando a saúde de todos em risco. Em razão disso está em discussão – Prefeitura e moradores – o projeto de implementação da rede de água e esgoto. Por enquanto sem prazo de início.
